Jim Giuca, Assoc. Broker, SRES and NH ‘Over 55’ Real Estate Solutions
Jim Giuca (pronounced Ju’-ka) grew up watching his father build and develop properties in Connecticut. Although pursuing a career as a teacher and principal, Jim also followed his interest in real estate over the years through private investing and property management; investing in single family homes, multi-family properties, and NH Seacoast and Lakes Region homes. Outside of New England, Jim has invested in and managed Florida and Bahama based properties as well.
Retiring from education in 2014, Jim turned his part-time real estate career into a full-time career.
His value as an agent has been demonstrated in his market knowledge and attention to details. As a listing agent, clients appreciate Jim learning every detail about a home so as to promote all its features. His strengths are marketing and negotiating. In 2018, Jim became certified and licensed as an Associate Broker. He also acquired national certification as a Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES); thus increasing his value as an agent for those interested in ‘Over 55 Communities, Downsizing Consultation, Assisted/Independent Living, and estate liquidation.
