Jim gives sellers marketing information and strategies for effective home pricing and provides guidance in how to prepare a home for sale as well as staging a home for sale. His weekly market reviews to sellers provide them with information to keep their property listing competitive. Through experience he knows sellers want buyers to know all the care and money they have put into a property. With that in mind, Jim makes it a point as a listing agent to know the ‘whole house’ he is selling, the many large and small details of a home. The more a buyer knows about a home, the greater sense of value and willingness to offer a higher price.
